"With the increasing inflow of foreign capital, domestic IT professionals and managers took part in more and more interesting and technologically advanced projects. Their knowledge was appreciated by large international outsourcing corporations, such as Atos, Accenture, Deloitte or Capgemini, and by thriving start-ups. Poland started to be perceived as the optimal choice between developed countries, the Western world and the Indian subcontinent in terms of a place to invest."
